Bodrul Amin is the founder and Principal Solicitor at Solidaire Solicitors.

Bodrul qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and has since specialised in employment law. Bodrul has worked at one of the UK’s largest employment law firms, Thompsons Solicitors, where he acted for and advised members of the major trade unions including Unite, Unison, RMT, FBU, PCS, amongst many other major trade unions. Bodrul worked on the leading case of Ball v First Essex Buses Limited

Prior to working at Thompsons Solicitors, Bodrul was an Employment Adviser at the British Medical Association where he advised Doctors on a range of employment issues. Bodrul has also been a caseworker for the National Education Union where he supported teachers with a whole host of employment matters.

Bodrul has worked for an immigration specialist law firm in West London, and has also worked as a consultant solicitor with Taylor Rose TTKW and Setfords Solicitors.  

Bodrul has experience advising both employees and employers on a range of employment law matters. He has experience in advising on unfair dismissal, redundancy, changes to terms and conditions, discrimination (including sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, disability, age and religion and belief) harassment and victimisation, whistleblowing, TUPE, equal pay, holiday pay and working time issues, national minimum wage, employee status and trade union related issues. Bodrul is also experienced in carrying out Employment Tribunal advocacy.

Bodrul has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with settlement agreements. He has negotiated favourable exit packages for employees. As a former trade union solicitor, Bodrul really understands what your concerns are when you have been badly treated at work and how to help you get fair compensation.

Josephine Ajayi is a Consultant Immigration Solicitor at Solidaire Solicitors, with over two decades of legal expertise.

Josephine qualified as a Solicitor in 2001, and has specialised in Immigration and Asylum law, Human Rights Law, and Family Law, with a focus on Divorce proceedings. She was previously the head of the Immigration Department at a leading firm recognised amongst the Legal Services Commission’s top 100 firms in London, where she served as a Supervisor and Senior Caseworker under the Immigration and Asylum Law Accreditation. Josephine also acted as a Detention Solicitor, representing Detainees held in Detention centres predominantly across London and the South East of England, handling bail applications, injunctions, immigration, asylum, and human rights matters.

Josephine has also established her own firm, where she served as the Principal Partner. Josephine built a substantial client base, achieving a high success rate in various areas, including immigration, asylum, entry clearance, naturalisation, applications, appeals, bail applications, and administrative and judicial reviews.

Josephine has also worked as a Consultant Immigration Solicitor at Immigration specialist firms across London and the South East. She understands the impact of case complexity and delays on the well-being of her clients. During a recent career development break, Josephine pursued courses in awareness of mental health problems, understanding domestic abuse, and counselling skills, further enhancing her ability to support her clients effectively.
